Great Service
April 6th we had Dave and Jeff come out to install the gas fireplace insert. They were both very knowledgeable and professional when installing the gas lines and the insert. Thank you for such great service which is becoming hard to find. April 5th we had Steve and I apologize for forgetting the other person from Stamford Fireplaces to take out my existing wood fireplace insert. They were very professional, polite and very mindful of surroundings while dismantling the insert. It is nice to see a company that has core values that they project onto their customers. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Highly Recommend Stamford Fireplaces
Purchased an E30 gas insert in November 2020, Stamford’s prices were competitive and I liked how their own staff installed what they sold, Dave & Jeff did a great job installing, and took the time to answer all our questions. Love the insert, very realistic, highly recommend Stamford Fireplaces. I like how the fireplace can put out 15 k – BTUs / hr of heat, even if there is a power outage to the house.

Very Honest Company
Very good company. They gave us an honest assessment of our existing fireplace. It turns out that it has a longer lifespan if we wish to keep it. It was not about getting their customers to abandon a perfectly good FP just to sell a new one. We opted to go with a new FP and rebuild the area for a new look. We are excited to get the job done. All the staff who are working with us are really helpful and are giving us good advice to make a final decision.

Great Team
We purchased our gas fireplace at Stamford. And we Love it !! Had a great experience from beginning to end. Mark was great with us and very attentive. Making an appointment to come to install it and accommodating around our schedules. The installers did a great job, very organized and all the work very tidy. Removed old fireplace and mantle & installed new fireplace
The 2 men who came to install the new fireplace were very helpful and informative. Work was well done and cleaned up afterwards. Dan who removed the mantle and later installed new tiles and precious mantle was very meticulous, did clean work and found just the right colour of grout for us. It looks wonderful and works great.

Excellent sevice
Our experience with Kathy and her team was truly so helpful. We weren’t sure what we wanted and visited several times, but Kathy being a true professional helped guide us through the process and to the product that was at the end of the day what was best for our new home build. We can’t wait to move into our new home and use our new fireplace!

Great product, great price, great people
Stamford has always been our go to for fireplaces. Not only do they have an expansive selection of product, but the level of professionalism from selection to install is second to none.
